The objective of the SMRR laboratory is to control all incoming and outgoing products with batch identification to ensure optimal product quality.
Analyzes carried out by the laboratory:
- Humidity measurement
- Melt flow index (MFI) measurement
- Measurement of contaminant levels (PVC, wood, gum, etc.) and washing quality
- Measurement of apparent density
- Measurement of MES (Suspended Matter)
- Determination of COD, BOD and BOD5
- Measurement of the concentration of H+ ions
- Measuring the mineralization rate of water
- Determination of conductivity and alkalinity of water
- Turbidity measurement of all liquids
